Refund eligibility

Duplicate payment was made in error

Refunds do not apply if:

The work was completed correctly but you changed your mind
The revision request falls outside the 14-day window without a valid reason
You have already approved and downloaded the order

Revision policy

Revisions are free within 14 days of delivery, provided the revision request relates to the original brief. We do not charge for revisions that correct errors, adjust formatting, or clarify explanations. We revise until the work is right.

For care plans, case studies and evidence-based practice papers: if a required element from your original brief or rubric is missing, such as a required section, the citation style you specified, or a scenario detail you supplied, we add it at no charge within the revision window.
